Don't bother, just want to say how dissappointed, fed up, and now determined to inform unsuspecting shoppers of HHGregg s horrible and criminal like customer service and refund policies we are. We returned an item on the 24th of June for which we paid $500 cash (saving HHGregg processing fees, etc) and still have not yet received our refund check. We were told on the 24th 7-10 business days, then again when we called after 15 days passed, and now 7/12 we get told to wait some more after an additional 12 days. I am fully aware that mine and other's cash payments have been earning HHGregg money in an interest earning account, and we will be contacting our attorney to see about a class action law suite with other frustrated cash customers to get our money plus interest earned to date. Shame on you HHGregg for taking advantage of people in this economy!
