Had to send a damaged speaker back to HHGregg that was damaged during shipping. Trying to figure out a resolution with HHGreg customer service is the same as beating your head on a wall. To say they have been less then Helpful is an understatement. I guess My kid gets 1 tower speaker for Xmas because a month isn't long enough for HHgregg to do whatever they have to do and get another speaker out to me. Buyer beware. I will never purchase from them again
