Very poor customer service, Service not as described

I found Liberty wireless, from a online site Wirefly.com and it look like a great deal. Thay said the the phone [Katana 6600] has a web brouser, data interface, bluetooth, photo messaging, so on and so on. What they didn't say was thay don't offer any of those services and the phone will not do any of these things when you get the phone.

The phone was $200 with a $100 rebate. However the documates never came with the phone to get your rebate and even though there is no long term contract you must stay with them for 6 of 8 months to get the rebate, that you can't get without the proper documates. They told me this after the purchase. I tried to return the phone but because I used it more the 100 min. Liberty wireless said and I quote, "I would have to sell it to some one else."

At this time there web site is down for the next month or so and there 1 800 no. Isn't working properly. They have my credit card info but have not charged it for this months service. I am tring to port the number to another co. But with there lack of customer service I'm not holding my breath that i will be able keep my moble number. I just don't know how long they will be in service.
