Problems with restocking fee

I had been buying at Sears and noticed a container having a wood floor cleaner inside. Our child only purchased a house and had requested for anything to wash her wood floors. I acquired a salesman and requested concerning the item. None were on show. He explained it wasn't a machine. It distributed a fluid on the ground and cleaned it having a mat. Since I have was purchasing the item for another person I requested the salesman easily might return it and he said yes. Our child didn't such as the item and that I introduced the merchandise back again to Sears and was billed a restocking charge. No body actually revealed the restocking fee after I questioned easily might return the merchandise or are there any symptoms placed stating that Sears costs a restocking charge. I named the store-manager 24 hours later (he wasn't for the reason that night) and my telephone call was unreturned. I named the Sears Office At Home plus they stated they don't pay restocking charges. The only real period that the client discovers concerning the restocking charge is about the bill that will be following the item is bought which is too late. They dropped A20 year client.
