Sears
15% restocking fee not clear until you want to exchange or return item ripoff

Purchase vacume at Sears. Vacume very hard to push on shag carpeting.
Wanted to exchange the vacume for a "higher" end model within a few days.

Since we used the first vacume, we would be charged 15% restocking fee, plus the difference of price.

The first line of Sears return policy states "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back"

This give the consumer the impression that they can buy with confidence at Sears.

It's is only after the consumer is unhappy with the product that they are informed of the 15% restocking fee.
