Billing for equipment I do not have Ripoff

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. It started a year ago back in May. I called Dish because my remote control broke in april. A month later they sent me a DVR receiver instead of the remote control I ordered. When I called them they apoligized for the error and sent me a remote control and asked me to send back the receiver free of charge they said using the prepaid label they sent with it. When I called UPS to pick it up they said I had to pay $10 for them to pick it up. I called dish told them this and they said I was mistaken and to return it or I would be charged for it.

I called UPS again they would not send someone to pick up the boxes unless I gave them to $10 by credit card or debit card. I called dish again they tols me once again I was wrong and would be charged for the equipment that they mistakenly sent to me. I asked them yo have someone come pick it up they refused and my next bill reflected that charges for the equipment.

I argued for 3 hours on the phone with a representative that I could hardly understand, a supervisor who was just as bad that I would not pay for the equipment to send someone to pick it since it was their mistake to begin with. They refused and shut my service off for non-payment. We finally found a UPS location and dropped it off and shipped it back. Once I confirmed delivery I called them gave them all the proof and a representative told me nothing was received and could not help me I still had to pay all the charges. A supervisor finnaly gave me the credit I paid my balance and things were OK for a couple of months.

In September I moved and dish sent someone to my new address to hook up my TV, install a new dish on the roof. Thye told me to return the receiver I didn't need any more from my last residence which I did and the problems started all over again.

I got a bill for $400 for both pieces of equipment now and my regular bill included. I called spent 2 hours arguing with a representative and got no where. Again they shut off my service. I finally got a supervisor to give me the credit after giving the tracking#, date, time & name of the person that signed for the boxes again. I paid my bill and all was well for another month.
Then the next bill came with all the charges on it again, we spent 3 hours on the phone arguing with a supervisor and got it all resolved again. This has gone on every month since November

Finally once again in May my service was shut off because they put the equipment charges back in my bill. After arguing for 3 hours maybe longer this time the supervisor said they over credited me and that I owed them $200 for equipment I don't have. I got so upset that I cancelled my service they would not help me this time and insisted that I pay the extra money if I want my service turned on.By the way there is a $20 reactivation charge everytime you have to pay to have your service turned on which they never waived even though it was their error that started all this.

They told me to send back the equipment I had using the boxes and preprinted labels they were going to send and to climb the roof of the 3 story house to get a piece off of the dish that they put up there. They said they would send someone out for $100 to do it for me. (GEE THANKS)

I paid for a service contract and never received any service except bad service. I'm waiting for a final bill now which will probably be outrageous and will have to go to court to resolve this at a later date because they just want to steal our money.
