I received a collection notice from Afni, Inc. Account # xx632-02 Stated that Verizon New York Inc (The creditor) was charging me with a bill of $1961.45 for a telephone line. Telephoone # xx5721. I never had a telephone in New York, I never lived in New York and I never authorize anyone to use any of my information to obtain a telephone in New York. This needs to be investigated.
