Ripoff takes funds and promise of delivivery for days till special is gone

8-6-02 Order palced for flowers and same day deliv. Promised and not delivered.

8-7-02 samething 8-8-02 samething and was told a credit would be issued and product deliv. Flowers never made it and no credit.

8-9-02 was informed my tone was not appropiate and my
delivery and order was now canceled. Asked for info
on F.T.D. So a complaint could be filed and was laughed
at and hung up on.
