This company makes promises and does not keep them. I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother on Valentine's Day 4-5 days in advance to ensure their delivery. They never made it. When I called the company the same day, I reached a "go-between".
They would not give me the number of the florist directly. So, I looked it up on the internet and guess what? The florist had thier number fowarded to the "go-betweens"!! So, I never reached the company directly and I am still dealing with the problem.
