The hassles are endless with this company.in January I had some charges on my card that did not belone to me. The charges were made on Jan 13. On Feb, I called Capital One and they confirmed they were fraudulent charges, suggested to changed my credit card number and promised to give me a credit for the fraudulent charges from MSN Hotmail.
It's May and I am still waiting for the credit. I have spent hours on the phone and they keep transferring me to a bunch of departments and no one solves my problem. Also when I make the credit card payment from my online checking out, they post the payment the day after my due date and charge me finance charges and late fees. This have never happened with any other of my credit cards or online payments before. Now I pay directly on their website to avoid these charges.
I am just waiting for my credit of $43.24 in order to close my account. I even called MSN and they confirmed the charges were fraudulent. But Capital One still investigating. Why can't anyone help?
