E-florist and deceptive business methods. A birthday teacup and saucer purchased online from www.e-florist-net ended up to become error on my component. I selected that one from the phone-book, kind a talk. The cost was/is 39.99 i wound up spending 60.00 for an "update". The arrangement was shipped promptly. The arrangement appeared nothing beats what i requested. I'd did definitely better buying daisies next to the train tracks.
I call to protest. They did reply and called me for their conditions and terms. Which is indeed a waiver in order for them to deliver you something they damn well please. They delivered me a 5.00 arrangement for 60.00.
On the website it claims: quality in customer support. "Satisfaction guaranteed" it was false. They required that i deliver electronic picture of the arrangement which was delivered and that I called them back. They ostensibly called me back again to conditions and terms.
Horrible terrible organization prevent www.e-florist-inc.com no matter what!
