Ripoff damages packages and does not reimburse even with puchased insurance

I sent a package to my daughter in Mississippi. It had antigue cannisters for my grandaughters wedding. I wrapped the cannisters great I even wrapped 6 t shirts around them. When it arrived at my daughters the package was open and a lid to a cannister was broken. Ups instructed my daughter to leave them and ups would pick them up.in the process of ups sending them back another cannister broke. I purchased extra insurance. When it was returned to the montebello ups store. They never checked my package. But said the cannisters were broken due to insufficient packaging. They would not reimburse me. Even the shipping cost. They were very rude. They closed the claim immedietly. I am out the money of shipping, my antique cannisters were broke and denied. Even though I did purchase additional insurance. I send via UPs on a regular basis. However I will never use them again. This was there fault yet the try to put it on me. Shame on them.
