2 days before my rental week was due we received a phone call from Chris @ Vacation Registry with a refferal, interested in renting unit for our week at The Lakes in Orlando. He gave us Name and Phone # of Cindi Dyer from Tenn. Who we contacted and agreed on a price and payment to be sent. We made reservation and confirmation was given to customer, however we have yet to receive payment from the individual.
We have contacted Chris with Vacation Registry numerous times asking for return call and only received one after a threat to speak to Supervisor. He says he is unble to contact customer even though he was the one that reffered her to us. Beware of Vacation Registry and Cindi Dyer from Tennesse and also the person that Reservation was made under Terri Gulley.
