This attorney amazes me what a money-grubbing LIAR he is. I'm surprised he's not an ambulance chaser with the ba*s this guy has.
We went to him to file bankruptcy, there are not alot of bankruptcy lawyers left in Wisconsin due to some lame law changes. We had given him our income information as well as property info and everything he needed to give us a monthly payment amount for the bankruptcy. He came back with $300/month payback. We said "OK" that sounds reasonable and gave him the $600 in lawyer fees to file for us.
Once he had all of our paperwork and started imputing our information, he comes back to us when he's ready to file and tells us our payment amount is going to be over $1000 a month! We asked him where the *hell* he got that number and why it differed so much from the original number he got. He did not give me a straight answer, obviously he wanted our money so bad he gave us a fake number for payback! Now we are stuck with this tard.
ALSO, he originally led us to believe we could add our house liens in on the bankruptcy, turns out (after he had our money) that all of a sudden we can't?
HE IS AN OUTRIGHT LIAR AND CROOK. He will say anything to steal your money! Nice little bait and switch routine he has going.
His office assistant is also a twit blonde dummy that can't take messages worth a crap. I called and told her I needed Lorin to call me back *immediately* after he was done with his meeting he was in... I waited hours for the phone call and called back and spoke to him right away. I had asked him why didn't he call back immediately like I had asked because it was urgent.
He non-chalantly said "Oh my secretary just said to call you, didn't say it was anything time-critical"... His secretary is as dumb as he is apparently. He also made us wait quite a while for talking to him when we had an appointment, he was busy BSing with a friend of his and he was not very subtle about it either, he was yapping away standing in a door way for 20 minutes while us paying customers waiting for his ass.
A complete loser all the way around! Stay far away from and go to a different laywer!!
