This company is a fraud. I signed an ad contract with them. Since then it's been a nightmare.in December I tried to change to "artwork" for my ad. I provided new artwork which I verified they received and asked for copies of the January ad to verify it was changed and how it looked. For most of January, February and March I continually hounded them to get proof my ad changed. One excuse after another... Couldn't track down copies to send me, thought they were already sent, did send but the post office must have lost, etc. I FINALLY got copies of their magazine 3/22 and found out my ad never changed. I called immediately to complain and get to the bottom of it. No return call Fri 3/23, Mon 3/26, Tues 3/27, Weds 3/28 so I finally put a Better Business Bureau complaint. They didn't respond to this by the deadline either. Now they're saying that even though the wrong ad ran, since I did receive phone calls I will still have to pay for the ad. The ad they were running for me is blurry and on the verge of unreadable which they also claim is my fault even though that exact same ad used to run crystal clear with them as of last year. I don't know what happened late in the year but something changed. I've been told they switched graphics people and the new lady had all kinds of problems at the start, but now they're denying that's the case. Bottom line is that they don't return phone calls, e-mails, faxes or do anything to address any concerns or complaints someone would have. The only thing they seem to be able to do is send out invoices, most of which are incorrect. Unless you want to deal with daily headaches and flush a bunch of your advertising money down the drain, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! You would get a much better feeling driving down the highway with a fist full of $100 bills and let them fly out your window.
