Mary Madaan sold us a Cavalier King Charles for $2,000 and never provided us with registration papers or health certificates as promised on her web page.
While my husband and I waited on the papers she kept promising, my Mother paid $1700 for a puppy that was defective and died of unknown causes. Mary DID replace the puppy but once again never provided any papers at all.
We have sent several emails and letters. Mary doesn't respond.
