In Sept I got a bulldog pup from this breeder Mary Maczko of Indy's Bulldogs-Columbia, SC - bulldogbabies.com. The pup was imported from Absolut Kennels in Moscow. I paid Mary to get FCI papers so I could register my pup with AKC but got only excuses all year, No papers.
My dog had to have surgery for cherry eye (inherited health problem) which cost nearly $1000. Before I had problems with Mary's bad ethics I got a second pup from her for my son. That pup has severe hip displasia and demodectic mange, both inherited flaws that any ethical breeder would be aware of.
Mary runs a puppy mill in her back yard and I have seen it. My advice is steer clear of her. I spent over $6000 there and have encountered all these problems and no response when I attempt contact. The only time she responds quickly is when you want to buy a dog from her. Please learn from my expensive lesson and avoid this breeder/puppy mill and broker of unhealthy pups.
