Foxton's real estate agent, G. Hubler poorly represented his company, himself, and his client. He did little to nothing to sell the property.
He never had a signed contract, yet the property went to MLS. I understand to do that there has to be a signature of the seller, there was not.
Calls to him were not returned, he had the seller go to the house inspection, the fire inspection, and apply for the Certificate of Occupancy.
We did the full service running around, and another agency sold the property. This guy got his commission for doing nothing.
On the day of closing he could not be found, the buyer's lawyer had to collect and pay for the CO.
