I would avoid dealing with this person and their broker like the plague. If they are the listing agent, run the other way as fast you can. Most employees would be fired or let go for not answering calls, not returning calls and not replying to e-mails. This real estate agent claims to be a short sale specialist, but is the furthest thing from it. She cant answer questions about short sale process and procedures. She makes the real estate community look bad.
What kind of real estate agent doesnt change the status of a property in MLS to contingent after both parties have signed the contract and starting to submit it to the bank? Then suddenly wants to terminate the contract. A few days later, you check the status of the property and it is contingent with a contract for a higher offer.
