They change our contract when we went in to close our account, we are now at collections with a $1000 fraud Collection, they state that we owe them $1000 for them changing our contracts, we never authorized a contract extesion, we never asked for any of this, and they CLAIM we knew that they were changing Contracts, they also told us that when ever we call or go into there store we are taking up there time, and they have the right to extend our contract per there CONTRACT. Please Help someone. Please.
