I am very disappointed in the mothers ring that my family bought for me in May. Within less than 8 months one of the gems fell out, took it back to have it replaced and when i got it back the to Amythest stones looked nothing alike. Took it back and they replace it again, but less then 2 weeks later the other stone fell out.
They replaced it once again and it has been another 8 months and to my surprise the stone fell out again! I took it back and was told they didn't use that company anymore and would replace with another companies rings. None of them were anything close to the one I had and I just want my money back! Their policy does not allow this, why would I want to buy more defective jewelry from them?
This is not the first time this has happened, last christmas my husband bought me a cirle of diamonds pendant that after one month a diamond fell out! I am very disgusted and want my money back!
