On 12/6/06, I ordered 3 items online (receipt No. 5482-32075225-6568) as Christmas gifts from “JustJungle.com.” My Visa was charged $92.10 (through PayPal) the following day. It's been nearly 2 months, and that I have yet to get the products I requested.in the beginning, I believed the products should be on backorder. Our mail to JustJungle.com’s customer support on 1/12/07 asking regarding the standing of my purchase has stayed unanswered (see closed). I followed-up with another mail on 14 days later 1/24/07, that has also remained unanswered. I experimented with contact JustJungle.com by telephone, however they don't have any telephone number (or actual target) outlined on its site. Recently, I experimented with document a challenge state for $92.10 with PayPal, however they advised me the 45-day-time body by which to document has terminated. Since I patiently waited and offered JustJungle.com the advantage of the question, it would appear that I'm today out $92.10.in most of my decades of purchasing online, I've never noticed such bad company mentality and am shocked at how JustJungle.com treats its clients.
