I would highly recommend staying away from this bridal shop. I visited the shop in May for my December wedding, giving me plenty of time to order the dress and have alterations done. I ordered the perfect size, so that it would be just a little big and could be altered if necessary. To my horror, when I came in for my first fitting in September the dress was 2inches too small and my measurements had stayed the same. The owner assured me the dresses from this particular manufacturer were coming in too small, not to worry, we had plenty of time to get a new one in. The seamstress measured the dress and sure enough it was 2 inches smaller then it should have been, not to mention, much too short. So I signed a new contract for one size larger then i had originally ordered.
In November, when they called to let me know my new dress was in, i was excited to finally have my dress, the wedding was coming up soon. When I arrived at the shop, the owner handed me a dress that was 3 sizes bigger then my original. Not at all the dress I had signed for and this dress would need to be altered back down to the original dress I had ordered! When my mom called to get some more information on the alterations and how long they would take, the owner said that I had gained weight and that the dress was the perfect size, just as ordered. So, we went in to have another look at the original dress and measure it one more time. Sure enough, the dress was not the size ordered.
At this point we made the decision to find a back up dress so that as this dress was falling through, I would have another to wear, being the wedding was six weeks away. The owner was very rude and demeaning and since we had paid for the dress in full at the time of ordering there wasn't much we could do. The owner finally agreed to send the first dress back to be measured. It has taken numerous nasty phone calls and messages from the owner to get HALF of our money back. They actually profited off lying and me not wearing the dress of my dreams.
A week later when I bought my new dress at a different Bridal shop, the owner of Rhinestones called my mother to let her know that her bridal constituents' had informed her that my new dress I had gotten was a dress size bigger then my original (it wasn't - it was the same size, in fact it was a bit smaller). I knew no one had told her anything about my new dress (I didn't say anything to the new bridal shop) I still had the receipt so I made a copy of it and dropped it off at the store with the size highlighted. UNBELEIVABLE who has the nerve to treat customers like this? From reading other reports and reviews, clearly I am not the only one.
