This company, USBI billed me for two months for something that I did not order and I can prove it. I can also prove that I did not order their services. I looked them up, found this site and found a lot of complaints have been lodged against them.
I told them to take it off of my bill. They said that they would. However according to ATT&T it will take them a couple of months to make everything right. From what I have read about these people, USBI, they have a habit of doing this.
I welcome all comments. This is very upsetting to me because I am on a fixed income.
Why doesn't the USA government do something about these people?
USBI billed me on behalf of the Norristown telephone company. I was billed for a phone card which I do not need. I have phone service through ATT&T and a cell phone. What do I need them for?
