FELICCI & CO, the jewelry store on Union Square replaced my diamond for a fake one when it was brought in for repairs.
These guys are unbelievable.
They cheat on you when and then pretend to not know anything about it, that it must have happened elsewhere.
There is nothing I can do to prove it in court, but the next time I have any work done on my jewelry I want to keep an eye on it at all times.
Do not go to felicci if you want to keep your precious jewelry!!!
