I have bought a tennis bracelet in 09/13 with a cost of $1199.00 with a an ESP cost of $84.99. I had jewelry to trade in towards the cost. However I had a diamond replaced and 5 stones tightened (or were supposed to have been) in Oct. I have been unable to have it inspected in April due to very busy lifestyle and do not live close to a KAys. I rarely wear this bracelet and wore it yesterday. At the end of the time of wearing it, found a diamond missing AGAIN! I do not feel I should have to pay for this repair. I would like a refund. This is crazy and have been thinking of changing to Hannoush for my jewelry purchases.
