FELICCI & CO, the jewelry store on Union Square replaced my diamond for a fake one when it was brought in for repairs. These guys are unbelievable. They cheat on you when and then pretend to not know anything about it, that it must have happened elsewhere. There is nothing I can do to prove it ...
