Bought a wedding set in the fine jewelry dept in May 06, since then I have had it repair 4 times, jewels fall out. Picked it up last Tuesday, diamond fell out on Saturday. They only say my insurance is only good for one time. I have argued with them and each time they have taken it back to fix but it keeps falling back out, what can I do?
