I was a very happy AT&T customer for one year with the Go phone plan and had the monthly taken from my account. I didn't want a contract and I got the same coverage as the regular customers. When Cingular changed over everything last year (September) They didn't tell us that we would lose huge amounts of coverage. They lied. Now I have 1500 minutes of time I can't use and they keep taking the money from my account. Come to find out they knew I wouldn't get coverage when I got the service. They won't even talk to anyone about it.
Cingular is a very crooked company in my book. One of their employees even gave me a new sim card and said that was the problem. That was a lie. They don't have Go phone service where I live and share with cellular one and T-Mobile for contract customers only. What a ripoff. Steer clear of Cingular. They are liars.
