I joined eHarmony.com to meet a special lady per their advertisement. Well after their first "matches" I was matched with fat, old, and ugly women who were near the description I had requested, nor were not close to what I was interested in. They did not have things in common with me, wrong religions, wrong ages, wrong everything. I notified eHarmony of my disatisfaction, but was never responded to. I notified them twice more in the first five days of my membership, but they still did not respond to me. I tried to cancel my membership and still they did not respond. I continued attempting to cancel the membership and finally was emailed that it was now too late. I had paid a full on year membership for $320 and was told I could not get any refund whatsoever. This is a rip off that commits fraud to get members to join telling you a bunch of lies and then not delivering on their promise regardless how many people they advertise matching. Caveat Emptor. Don not pay them more than a few days at a time if you choose to use them, they will rip you off if you try to cancel!!!
