Used the February "free" communication event for Eharmony - free during the month of Valentine's Day. Received lots of matches during this event with special promotions to join. Became a paying customer.
Majority of the matches were outside of my 50 miles radius many over 100 mi plus & flex matches (those that have nothing in common with you). Other matches were using the free service & could not email you or continue to communicate because they were not paying customers.
After the end of Februay when the "free" event ended, matches dropped by 90% and most of these matches were "closed" upon delivery meaning they were no longer active.
Attempted to cancel & get refund - terms are after 3 days your hosed and stuck for the number of months you signed up & agreed upon. Upon cancellation the billing continued & have heard from others that your membership get renewed even after cancelled; therefore, get it in writing.
Eharmony total ripoff - the only match is their bank account & your money. Free sites better.
