I was a manager with la weight loss because i actually cared about my clients. I was fired get this for my resume being posted on careerbuilder. I am supposed to be fulltime 40 hrs but then business is slow we need to cut your hours well i have bills so i needed a part time job. I got one but then my hours went back up so i had to quit.
Now my hours get cut again not even working full time hours and they fire me for looking for part time employment. What a f#$king joke. Let me tell you about how they treat their loyal employees. If your in michigan the market is in the red counselors make $8 bucks an hour, assistants make $9 an hour and for those center managers working 9-7 mon-fri and sat 8-1 they get an amazing $300 a week for their 50 hours of work. They tell you its all about commissions.
Well here they are 3% for counselors and 2% for assistant plus 1% center commission and the manager gets 4%. So if your center or you are not making big bucks by selling their shit products you making shit pay. These people employeed by la weight loss have no experience in anything to do with health. The reason they were hired is because they have a sales background. All they are trained to do is to sell you some product for any issue you may have. Craving things xcel $89, love your starches carb enders $19, want to improve your lean muscle mass and help extra body fat reduce plus $29 (come on people a pill to help with muscle mass my dr laughed) feeling a little bloated eliminate $39 not a real water pill ladies go get it from you dr.
Now the la lites and snacks. Wonder why you cant reach your goal because 2 la lites is at least 360 calories and the biscottis are 150 calories. To many calories people. If you truly want to loose weight watch your calories. Figure out how many calories you eat right now and the start decreasing them. You can still enjoy all the foods you want without coming out the pocket $1200-$3000 for some untrained money grubbing supposed counselors which 90% dont eat the products and never had any type of weight issue but they will tell you they did.
I lost 80 lbs working with la and did use la lites in the very beginning but after really getting into calories and nutrition i stopped them because they held my weight on which is exactly what they want because that means more $. Go to better business bureau and read about the law suits filed against them. They settled out of court so they would not be known. I know what it is like to want to loose weight which is why i didnt care if i sold anything but all my clients that listened to me were successful because i had actually been there and done what i told them. The only thing i will miss with this company is my clients and if any of them need my help im am always here some have my number. Thats how much i cared.
Really in closing i would like to say screw la weight loss, jenne, katrina and diane and all those back stabbing women you know who you are who lie and cheat those people needing help.
Everyone wants to be healthy and lose weight ask your doctor to put on a specific diet and keep on driving pass la weight loss!
