Took my money and never sent my order, now the website doesn't exist anymore. Ripoff Salinas California

I ordered some shoes on this website and they said they received my money. They told me that my shoe wasn't in stock and had me pick another shoe. The shoe wasn't in stock and after a while the website didn't exist anymore. I didn't receive my money back nor did i receive my shoe.
