I have been dealing with this company for over 2 years now and every month I get numerous harrasing phones calls to my home and my job. It is such an emabrassment to have my personal business told to my Mother and my other family members like my cousin. She gets the phone calls that runs up her cell phone as well.
I will tell the company that they are paid by a certain day and yet they still come by my house. Still to this month, I have got a call from them about my account when they know for a fact that they are paid every month around the same time because my payee program pays them directly because I am disabled!!!
They stalk me by parking down the street and just walking to my home as well. They are paid consistantly and I never have to give by my items that i rent from them. When I ask them to repair the items they give my so much promisses that they still liee about. They have given me a refridgerator that had food and mold inside also. They hang up on me a couple of times as they will aslo pass around the phone to other staff members if i ask to speak with the manager in charge. "she's gone or on vacation"!!!
