We purchased a t. V from Aarons and unfortunately have had to endure there business practicesm harassing phone calls, calling all over the world asking about myself and my husband. I found that any company who already has been provided with all of your contact information may not contact any third party to do so.
"debt collectors may not call third parties under the pretense of gaining information already in his possession."
If your payment is due on the first and it is not made on that day. They will call you the next day and continue to do so everyday, sometimes twice a day.
They send letters to your home from their corporate offices and repeat this same manner every month. I want to say you should never do business with this company. Ever.
