They took 34.90 out of my bank acct without my authorization and i have tried to e-mail them call them and no respond they refuse i just want my money back

I would like to file a report because i do not feel it is fair for this company to be doing this to people its not fair they took 34.90 out of my acct right before christmas i just want to get my money back
