I purchased my own equipment, never has a service man or anyone from directv been at my house. I have always put my own dish up and boxes in. Well, i recently cancelled directv (back in july) now it is christmas day. Merry christmas!!! I was told my acct was cancelled in july. Now my checking acct is overdrawn, i just retired. They took $416.68 out of my acct with out my permission. Then i was charged 270.00 for fees from my bank. Is this legal. I called 3 times today and they hung up on me twice, but i am not finished, this is wrong and i want my money put back in my acct. Never did they send me anything in the mail, i am so pissed off.
