I am reporting about unfair practises of TMOBILE. I recently had a problem with my tmobile cell phone service, most of my incomming calls get an error message "this number does not exist NJ91053" which is called as a switch recording in cellphone service parlance.
This has been causing me problems and loss of business for 2 months now, and all I get as a solution from Tmobiles charming/deceptive incompetent customer service team is that we will try to solve the problem. We did this blah blah, hope that solves your problem.
Problem started Oct Its december end, still counting. Every time I call about a problem I have to repeat every single detail of the problem. They just maintain a one line sentence about the issue.
Had to repeat my issue 5 times in one day to give you an idea. Still have to start from scratch every single time.
Was told that problem is fixed, did not have any issues for 1 day, I tested it using my home phone. Then problem started, dont know when.
