Allowing another company to add charges to your bill

I have ATT ALL DISTANCE PLAN, I am supose to be charged a fee of 45.00 monthly for all services. I couldn;t understand how my bill kept being twice as much as it was supose to be yet was too busy to really LOOK into it. Today I stopped procrastinating and find like others fraudulant billing allowed by ATT. For many many months I have been paying 40$ extra to who know who company and I am frustrated and feel violated. America pay attention to your e billing.
