This company fraudulently advertises items they do not have. I ordered a "coach" handbag in a specific color, they sent me a different color, then acted like I was in the wrong. I returned the items, to be told they would be withholding a 20% restocking fee. They are entitled to keep 20%, knowing full well the item will be returned, and they will get to keep more money than the item is even worth. And it is within the law to do so!!!
