When I first rented a locker with this company, I was never told that they would be raising my rent every six to eight months.
When I complain they tell me that I should be happy that I have a nice locker. When asked what extra value I am getting for the extra money, they answered that there is no extra added value.
They also told me that they could raise my rent every 15 days if they wanted. I think that was supposed to make me be thankful that it was six months since the last increase.
They state that their costs are going up. Somehow I can't see every six to eight months that they need more money.
So beware that if you have a good "move in price" with Price Self Storage, it will not last. Guaranteed!
It seems to me that this kind of consumer manipulation should be illegal. At the very least they should be made to state up front what their policies are.
I am a business owner and I have to disclose all of my policies to my customers or I would loose business and most likely be in trouble with the law.
