I found Extra Space storage when I was selling my home and needed to move my
things in 2011. I rented a 10x20 unit and have been very happy with since the location is
conveniently close to my new home. The faculties are clean and secure.
Words of caution now— If you are looking for long term storage this may not be the right
place for you. I signed a year's lease but after 6 months Extra Space sent me a letter
to say next month's rent was going up. I called and said I have a years lease and they backed away. But just a few months after the year was up the rates went, I knew they would. So rates go up every 9 months and also you have to pay $9.00 a month mandatory insurance.
But over all... I would like to say "Thank You" to Extra Space Storage for helping me to
downsize my things. I have been selling using Craigslist and downsizing.
Yep if the rates had not kept going up and seeing what I was spending in
a year. Well best to sell and save my cash and buy new.
I would have never sold my stuff and still paying out money to Extra Space Storage.
Almost done and will be moving to smaller unit (less money) and soon will
be moved out
