Beware... Price Self Storage is a shady operation. I signed a contract, but just six-months later my rent was significantly increased citing "increasing operational costs."
I find it hard to believe that Price Self Storage's costs unexpectantly spiraled out of control causing them to raise my rates just 6-months after agreeing on a price. Thus, I am left to conclude that Price Self Storage is taking advantage of me knowing that it would be cost prohibitive and hugely inconvenient for me to vacate their storage facility.
Price Self Storage's Regional Manager, David M. Ackerschott, was less than helpful in resolving this pricing conflict. I reported Price Self Storage to the Better Business Bureau - complaint pending. Additionally, I am evaluating a class action lawsuit against Price Self Storage, so please contact me if you're interested in joining the action.
