About four months ago I had ordered hair for weaving from Sultry Hair online. Everything was perfect. I got my hair the following week of ordering and good customer service.
I then about two months ago ordered some more hair. I had already spent over $300.00 for the first order with no problem. After ordering the second time $269.00 worth I was told it would take about two weeks. Its been two months.
I email Sultry and ask what was the problem and I didn't get a response. Then I emailed again and said that I wanted my money refunded and credit back to my account.
Then a email from Sultry was sent stating that it was going to be sent out that next day. That was a week a half ago. I still havn't heard anything from Sultry yet. Sultry won't even answer my emails.
