Man, I wish I had found this website before I even ordered! I have gone through the same treatment as all the complaints and it has been one month since I paid. I first found Sultry Hair on ebay where i won and i received my order in 4 days. That was then! She promised that the hair would be here in 5 days international shipping and I had a big function here and one month later, no tracking number! Every week I get a reply that the order has been sent 'yesterday'!! I have been so patient coz she really has nice hair and things sometime happen, but when you get no answers to you emails thats just not right. I just want my 2 skin base closures or my hard earned money back!!! It can't be that difficult. As I have repeated in my emails to Ms. Nevarez, I don't mean no trouble, I just want my hair that I paid for!!!
