Incensegalore Order incomplete. Will not respond to phone calls, fax or emails. Ripoff

Products were missing, mislabled, wrong items delivered, from an online order.

I have tried to contact them, many emails, phone calls, fax, for a few months now, still no reply.

Their website says guaranteed products and customer service. Don't believe it!

No customer service at all. A true rip off.
