I ordered from Sultry Hair a year ago in August and the product came right away I loved it, and it lasted me for a while. So when I decided to do my hair again of course I thought to order from the same place. I placed my order on Monday 11/8 and I am still waiting for a confirmation email. I have read other reports on this, and people are right, no one ever answers the emails, the phones, the live chat, etc. I went to the bank to check to see if the money was taken out of my account and the cash is definitely gone, $123.00. I can deal with the loss of money but I just want the product that I paid for, and some indication for when it will be coming. I dont want a refund, I just want the hair... Sometime before Christmas would be nice. I have admit that I am now officially a skeptic of online purchasing.
