My husband ordered jewlery for me from PureTNT as an anniversary present. The credit card charge went through in two days. We waited several weeks and the jewelry did not show up. I emailed the company asking when we could expect delivery. I recieved no answer.
I waited another couple of weeks and emailed them again. Again with no response. It is now 2 months later. We have no jewelry and not response from the company, though I have emailed them 4 times. I even joined their yahoo mailing list and sent them 2 messages through that.
The company has no physical address or phone number listed on their website.
