I ordered a chain and a watch from this site 4 weeks ago as a Christmas present for my son. The Visa was processed but I never recieved a product!!! I emailed the company a couple days after the transaction to make sure the items would be shipped in order to recieve them by Christmas, Ii had a response within 24hr, as stated, that the items would be here on time, within 21 days. This last week I have emailed numerous times, no response, and phoned the bogus # provided. It is a machine telling you to go to the website and use there live link to email an associate, but they don't get back to you. It's too bad there are "people" and I use that term loosley, like this. I think I'm done with online shopping.
