I ordered some jewelry for my husband as a gift for our anniversary on March 6th and have not recceived the jewelry or even an email response from the company. The phone number given does not answe

I ordered several pieces of jewelry from Hip Hop Jewelry on March 6th.
I have made several attempts to contact them through the recommended means of contact. They consistently do not answer the phone.

Hip Hop Jewelry has failed to contact me back to explain why I have not received the jewelry.

The amount for the jewelry has already been received by Hip Hop Jewelry.

Since they have received payment for the product and refuse to reply with an explanation they have misrepresented themselves as a reputable company.
